Do praxe byla zavedena v\u00a0roce 1959.<br \/>\n<strong>Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed:<\/strong> Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9to odr\u016fdy v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed nen\u00ed zn\u00e1mo. U n\u00e1s je velmi m\u00e1lo roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ena a je m\u00e1lo zn\u00e1m\u00e1. Je zastoupena ve v\u00fdsadb\u00e1ch v\u00a0zahr\u00e1dk\u00e1ch a pokusn\u011b v\u00a0n\u011bkolika m\u00e1lo provozn\u00edch sadech.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Znaky a vlastnosti stromu<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Habitus: Koruna je kulovit\u00e1, a\u017e vysoce kulovit\u00e1, snadno houstne zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0ml\u00e1d\u00ed.<br \/>\nR\u016fst: Mlad\u00e9 stromy rostou st\u0159edn\u011b siln\u011b a\u017e siln\u011b a \u00fam\u011brn\u00fd r\u016fst si podr\u017euje i pozd\u011bji v\u00a0dob\u011b plodnosti. Pom\u011brn\u011b dob\u0159e obr\u016fst\u00e1, ale vy\u017eaduje hlub\u0161\u00ed \u0159ez, aby vyra\u0161ilo co nejv\u00edce pupen\u016f. Plodonosn\u00fd obrost je st\u0159edn\u011b dlouh\u00fd. Ve \u0161kolce roste rovn\u011b, st\u0159edn\u011b siln\u011b a\u017e siln\u011b, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b m\u00e1lo obrostu; lze ji p\u011bstovat od zem\u011b z\u00a0o\u010dek.<br \/>\nV\u00fdhony: St\u0159edn\u011b siln\u00e9 a\u017e siln\u00e9, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zcela v\u00e1lcovit\u00e9, rovn\u00e9, bez voskov\u00e9ho povlaku, povrch b\u00e1ze m\u00edrn\u011b st\u0159\u00edb\u0159it\u011b oj\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd. Barva je sv\u011btle hn\u011bd\u00e1 s\u00a0n\u00e1dechem do \u010derven\u00e9. Lenticely jsou lys\u00e9, okrouhl\u00e9, \u0159\u00eddk\u00e9, ale dosti n\u00e1padn\u00e9. Pupeny mal\u00e9, kr\u00e1tce plo\u0161e ku\u017eelovit\u00e9, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 troj\u00faheln\u00edkovit\u00e9, t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159itiskl\u00e9. Kv\u011btn\u00ed pupeny jsou ost\u0159e a \u00fazce ku\u017eelovit\u011b za\u0161pi\u010dat\u011bl\u00e9, lys\u00e9, nafialov\u011ble hn\u011bd\u00e9. Dvoulet\u00e9 d\u0159evo je \u0161edav\u011b hn\u011bd\u00e9, such\u00e9, m\u00edrn\u011b rozpraskan\u00e9, lenticely neznateln\u00e9.<br \/>\nListy: St\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 a\u017e velk\u00e9, prot\u00e1hle vej\u010dit\u00e9, symetrick\u00e9, dosti vyrovnan\u00e9, tmav\u011b zelen\u00e9, velmi leskl\u00e9, naspodu sv\u011btlej\u0161\u00ed, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 lys\u00e9. Okraj \u010depele je dvojit\u011b pilovit\u00fd, zvln\u011bn\u00fd, povrch \u010depele je okolo st\u0159edn\u00edho nervu zvln\u011bn\u00fd, \u017el\u00e1bkovit\u011b prohnut\u00fd, pod\u00e9ln\u00e9 prohnut\u00ed je m\u00edrn\u00e9, \u0161pi\u010dka prot\u00e1hl\u00e1, k\u00a0jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b ohnut\u00e1. \u0158ap\u00edk je nasazen v\u00a0tup\u00e9m \u00fahlu, je st\u0159edn\u011b dlouh\u00fd, siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na b\u00e1zi ztlustl\u00fd, jen m\u00e1lo ochm\u00fd\u0159en\u00fd, st\u0159edn\u00ed nerv n\u00e1padn\u011b vystoupl\u00fd. Palisty jsou kr\u00e1tk\u00e9, \u0161t\u011bpenkovit\u00e9.<br \/>\nKv\u011bty: St\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 a\u017e v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, \u0161iroce miskovit\u00e9 a\u017e polokulovit\u011b otev\u0159en\u00e9. Korunn\u00ed pl\u00e1tky na\u017eloutle b\u00edl\u00e9, jen m\u00e1lo nar\u016f\u017eov\u011bl\u00e9, \u0161iroce elipti\u010dn\u00e9, zna\u010dn\u011b l\u017ei\u010dkovit\u011b prohnut\u00e9, hladk\u00e9 s\u00a0okraji m\u00edrn\u011b se p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi. Poupata po 5 \u2013 6 ve kv\u011btenstv\u00ed, \u0161pinav\u011b nar\u016f\u017eov\u011bl\u00e1, \u017elutav\u00e1, prot\u00e1hle kulovit\u00e1. Kali\u0161n\u00ed u\u0161ty jsou del\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e1lo nazp\u011bt ohnut\u00e9. \u010cn\u011blky pevn\u00e9, rovn\u00e9, blizny m\u00edrn\u011b p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 pra\u0161n\u00edk\u016f.<br \/>\nOpylovac\u00ed pom\u011bry: Dobr\u00fd opylova\u010d, kvete st\u0159edn\u011b pozd\u011b. Jako vhodn\u00ed opylova\u010di byli u n\u00e1s vyzkou\u0161eni: Golden Delicious, Starking Delicious, Coxova reneta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Znaky a vlastnosti plodu<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Tvar: Vysoce kulovit\u00fd a\u017e vej\u010dit\u00fd, k\u00a0jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b sm\u00e1\u010dknut\u00fd, na p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00e9m pr\u016f\u0159ezu kruhovit\u00fd, na pod\u00e9ln\u00e9m soum\u011brn\u00fd. Obl\u00e1, ploch\u00e1 \u017eebra jsou znateln\u00e1 po cel\u00e9m plodu. Nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed je pod polovinou plodu.<br \/>\nVelikost: St\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00fd, ve velikosti jsou plody vyrovnan\u00e9.<br \/>\nSlupka: Hladk\u00e1, leskl\u00e1, m\u00edrn\u011b mastn\u00e1, v\u00a0dob\u011b sklizn\u011b oj\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1, tlust\u00e1, pevn\u00e1, pru\u017en\u00e1. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed barva p\u0159i sklizni \u017elutozelen\u00e1, pozd\u011bji \u017elut\u00e1, kryc\u00ed barva je oran\u017eov\u00e1, na slune\u010dn\u00ed stran\u011b \u017elutozelen\u00e1, \u201erozmyt\u00e1\u201c zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00fdm l\u00ed\u010dkem. \u010cerven\u00e1 barva kryje 3\/4 plodu. Lenticely jsou drobn\u00e9, sv\u011btle rziv\u00e9, m\u00edsty se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ovan\u00e9 mramorov\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0kali\u0161n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti plodu.<br \/>\nStopka: Del\u0161\u00ed, siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, pru\u017en\u00e1, polod\u0159evnat\u00e1, \u010dervenohn\u011bd\u00e1, p\u0159e\u010dn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159es okraj stope\u010dn\u00e9 jamky. Stope\u010dn\u00e1 jamky je m\u011blk\u00e1, \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed, m\u00edrn\u011b nazelenal\u00e1, ochm\u00fd\u0159en\u00e1, u n\u011bkter\u00fdch plod\u016f je jamka \u010dist\u00e1.<br \/>\nKalich: Mal\u00fd, \u00fazk\u00fd, uzav\u0159en\u00fd, u\u0161ty jsou tenk\u00e9, dlouh\u00e9, vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e9, \u0161edozelen\u00e9. Kali\u0161n\u00ed jamka je st\u0159edn\u011b hlubok\u00e1, pravideln\u00e1, tup\u011b \u017eebernat\u00e1, \u010dist\u00e1.<br \/>\nDu\u017enina: B\u00edl\u00e1, slab\u011b na\u017eloutl\u00e1, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pod slupkou, jemn\u00e1, k\u0159ehk\u00e1, velmi \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e1. Chu\u0165 je sladce navinul\u00e1, harmonicky vyrovnan\u00e1 s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edjemnou v\u016fn\u00ed, jemn\u011b aromatick\u00e1, velmi dobr\u00e1 a\u017e v\u00fdborn\u00e1.<br \/>\nJ\u00e1d\u0159inec: Pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00fd, \u00fazk\u00fd, vej\u010dit\u011b ku\u017eelovit\u00fd. Pouzdra mal\u00e1, kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, st\u011bny hladk\u00e9 nebo jen jemn\u011b popraskan\u00e9, m\u00edrn\u011b pootev\u0159en\u00e9 do \u00fazk\u00e9 osn\u00ed dutiny. Semena jsou dob\u0159e vyvinut\u00e1, sv\u011btle hn\u011bd\u00e1, prot\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nDoba zr\u00e1n\u00ed: Plody zraj\u00ed velmi pozd\u011b a skl\u00edzej\u00ed se v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b \u0159\u00edjna. Dlouho se nevybarvuj\u00ed, podtr\u017een\u00e9 ovoce nedoc\u00edl\u00ed typickou chu\u0165 a ar\u00f3ma plodu. Plody velmi dob\u0159e dr\u017e\u00ed na strom\u011b a nepadaj\u00ed. Konzumn\u00ed zralosti dosahuje v\u00a0polovin\u011b prosince a vydr\u017e\u00ed do dubna, dob\u0159e se skladuj\u00ed, nevadnou, nehnij\u00ed, pouze n\u011bkdy maj\u00ed sklon k\u00a0hn\u011bdnut\u00ed du\u017eniny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 vlastnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plodnost: Plodit za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u011b brzy, na siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podno\u017e\u00edch pozd\u011bji a n\u00e1stup do pln\u00e9 plodnosti je pozvoln\u00fd. Plod\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 pravideln\u011b, jen v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch l\u00e9tech po vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch sklizn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vynech\u00e1. V\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru je \u00farodnost st\u0159edn\u00ed, plody nasazuje jednotliv\u011b, v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b ve dvojic\u00edch. Plody jsou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b rozm\u00edst\u011bny pravideln\u011b po cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e koruny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vhodn\u00e9 tvary a podno\u017ee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prozat\u00edm nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 u t\u00e9to odr\u016fdy pln\u011b vyzkou\u0161et nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed. Rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pro tvary vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u010dtvrtkmeny, pon\u011bvad\u017e je velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 na o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. \u010ctvrtkmeny doporu\u010dujeme na podno\u017ei M 2, 1, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b A2 a 11, z\u00e1krsky na M 4, 2 a 1, v\u0159etenovit\u00e9 z\u00e1krsky na M 9. Je nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro p\u00e1sov\u00e9 v\u00fdsadby voln\u011b rostouc\u00edch z\u00e1krsk\u016f a pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 tvary ovocn\u00fdch st\u011bn, kde je z\u00e1kladem v\u0159eteno na M 9. U t\u00e9to odr\u016fdy p\u0159eva\u017euje svisl\u00fd r\u016fst v\u011btv\u00ed a v\u00fdhon\u016f, co\u017e nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pro oh\u00fdban\u00e9 tvary palmet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1roky na prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zku\u0161enosti jsou prozat\u00edm jen kus\u00e9. Jej\u00ed mal\u00e1 odolnost proti strupovitosti vylu\u010duje stanovi\u0161t\u011b vlhk\u00e9 a uzav\u0159en\u00e9. Pro doc\u00edlen\u00ed vysok\u00e9 jakosti du\u017eniny, projevuj\u00edc\u00ed se aromatem, \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 a teplej\u0161\u00ed polohy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odolnost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odolnost proti strupovitosti je mal\u00e1, proti padl\u00ed jablo\u0148ov\u00e9mu st\u0159edn\u00ed. Plody maj\u00ed sklon k\u00a0hn\u011bdnut\u00ed du\u017eniny okolo j\u00e1d\u0159ince, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0nevhodn\u00fdch a tepl\u00fdch skladech. Odolnost proti mrazu nen\u00ed u n\u00e1s vyzkou\u0161ena, dosud nebylo zji\u0161t\u011bno namrz\u00e1n\u00ed ve d\u0159ev\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schopnost k\u00a0p\u0159eprav\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slupka je pevn\u00e1 a pru\u017en\u00e1, p\u0159epravu sn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed celkem dob\u0159e; otla\u010deniny, pokud nejsou, velk\u00e9 se postupem zr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Celkov\u00e9 zhodnocen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ednosti: Dlouh\u00e1 doba skladovatelnosti p\u0159i velmi dobr\u00e9 jakosti plod\u016f, celkov\u011b l\u00edbiv\u00fd tvar a tak\u00e9 zbarven\u00ed plod\u016f, dosti dobr\u00e1 \u00farodnost.<br \/>\nNedostatky: Pom\u011brn\u011b m\u00e1lo odoln\u00e1 proti strupovitosti (i kdy\u017e se zd\u00e1 odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e odr\u016fda McIntosh), n\u00e1ro\u010dnost na teplej\u0161\u00ed podzimn\u00ed obdob\u00ed pro dozr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed plod\u016f, men\u0161\u00ed vybarvenost plod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spencer zpo\u010d\u00e1tku roste st\u0159edn\u011b siln\u011b a\u017e siln\u011b, vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u011b, obrostov\u00e9 v\u011btve sv\u00edraj\u00ed ostr\u00fd \u00fahel, teprve pozd\u011bji se m\u00edrn\u011b rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed. V\u00fdchovn\u00fd \u0159ez prov\u00e1d\u00edme st\u0159edn\u011b hlubok\u00fd, p\u0159i dlouh\u00e9m \u0159ezu by v\u00fdhony vyholovaly. Pozd\u011bji ve 4. \u2013 5. roce p\u0159estaneme zakracovat, po n\u00e1stupu plodnosti se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na pr\u016fklest a v\u00a0nejnutn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech jen na ob\u010dasn\u00e9, st\u0159edn\u011b hlubok\u00e9 zmlazen\u00ed, a to jen v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadech, \u017ee stromy netvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstky. P\u0159i siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zmlazovac\u00edm \u0159ezu koruny zna\u010dn\u011b houstnou a oddaluje se plodnost. Plodnost se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pozvolna a pomalu se \u00fam\u011brn\u011b zvy\u0161uje. Koruny je t\u0159eba udr\u017eovat \u0159id\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee plody jsou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 na osv\u011btlen\u00ed; zast\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 plody nemaj\u00ed typick\u00e9 ar\u00f3ma.<br \/>\nVy\u017eaduje pe\u010dlivou ochranu proti strupovitosti. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed plody se dociluj\u00ed na intenz\u00edvn\u011b o\u0161et\u0159ovan\u00fdch n\u00edzk\u00fdch tvarech na M 9. Spencer nen\u00ed u n\u00e1s dostate\u010dn\u011b vyzkou\u0161en, ale z\u00a0dosavadn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed se ukazuje, \u017ee tato odr\u016fda by mohla m\u00edt tr\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdznam, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0tepl\u00fdch oblastech.
